Downlink antenna
A downlink dish receiving the satellite's scan data; each powered antenna quickens sector scanning. Its violet uplink beam shows at night. The beam does not only point outward: while it runs, your position is legible to anyone out there who is listening. Sooner or later someone answers — and whether that is a crate of goods or a raid is not yours to pick.
